Why I HATE the Bowflex Revolution!!!

I recently purchased the Bowflex Revolution and received delivery just after the New Year, around January 8. To date, the unit is still not assembled. Why? Because Bowflex.com sent the wrong equipment. I received 5 boxes and 1 of the boxes was for the Revolution XP. About a week later I received the replacement box only to discover I had also been shorted two packages of assembly hardware (i.e, nuts and bolts).
I WOULD NOT recommend this system to anyone until this company fixes their order/delivery system.
It is now January 21st and I'll be lucky if this thing is together by February at this rate.
Wish I could return the whole damn thing, but it's more trouble than it's worth to box up 300lbs plus of equipment and ship it back. What a disappointment this experience has turned out to be.
P.S. And of course they don't tell you about the styrofoam that will be littering your house for weeks. Most of the boxes I received had damaged styrofoam so it's created quite the mess.
