Recipes - 5 Minutes or Less

Fruit Juice Shake

    1 scoop of whey protein
    6-8oz. of fruit juice
    Shake well

Super Yogurt

    18oz. cup of fruit yogurt
    1 scoop of whey protein
    Combine in bowl (add water to thicken)
    Add cereal, nuts, etc. for added fiber/calories

    What your body gets:

    • Calories- 175

    • Protein- 25 grams

    • Carbohydrates- 18 grams

    • Fat- 0 grams

        Vanilla yogurt with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or banana whey protein powder

    1 cup Krusteaz Wheat & Honey Complete Pancake Mix
    1/3 cup whey protein (natural flavor)
    3/4 cup water
    Makes 3-4 pancakes

Instant Oatmeal

    1 package instant oatmeal
    1 Tbsp whey protein powder

    What your body gets:

    • Calories- 190

    • Protein- 11g

    • Fat- 2g

Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal

    1 package regular instant oatmeal
    1 Tbsp whey protein
    1/8 Tsp cinnamon
    1/8 Tsp Splenda

    What your body gets:

    • Calories- 140

    • Protein- 11g

    • Carbohydrates- 19g

    • Fat- 2g
