You are better off going to a gym or using free weights. This machine is a joke. And if you are one
day late on your payments they rip you off. The annual
percentage rate goes up to 21.80%. They are liars and
will not work with you. They change your due dates to make you late. Check the reviews on the web.
They will not let you review on there site. These are fake reviews. WARNING Don't let bowflex rip up off.
