Resistance - Uses 6% to 50% of your own body weight as resistance. In addition, it has a weight bar that can enable you to add 75Ibs. of free weight resistance.

Space Needed - It only needs a 5 foot by 2 foot area.

Movability - It weighs 102Ibs.

Storable - Can be folded and stored under a bed or in a closet.

Possible Weakness's

Resistance Level - 6% to 50% of your own body weight could be a little light for athletes, bodybuilders, weight lifters, etc.

Bowflex

Strength’s

Resistance Level - Most Bowflex’s come standard with 210Ibs. of resistance and can be upgraded to 310Ib. or even 410Ib.

Resistance for Leg Exercises - Unlike the Total Body Gym, which can only use a maximum of 50% of your body weight (plus an additional 75Ib. of free weight resistance), Bowflex can offer you up to 410Ibs.

Possible Weakness’s

Movability - With a bit of time and effort, most Boflex models can be folded and moved.

Assembly - Your Bowflex would come in several boxes and it does take a few hours to put every thing together.
