Total Body Gym 1700 - Key Features

  • Uses 6% to 50% of your body weight as resistance. No need to buy free weights or other equipment to clutter up your space.
  • Pull-up/Push-up bar. Empowers you to train your back and shoulders.
  • Leg pulley kit with foot harness. Tone/develop your hamstrings, glutes, and thighs with leg extensions and leg kickbacks.
  • Pilates bar. Enables you to do Pilates along with squats to tone/develop your thigh muscles.
  • Weight bar. Gives you the option to add up to 75Ibs. of extra resistance to your workouts.
  • Maximum user weight of 275Ibs. (350Ibs. with added weight).
  • Folds for storage. You can store it under some beds.
