My Tony Little Gazelle Review -
by soaringeyrien

The Tony Little Gazelle is an exercise machine designed to simulate a treadmill but without the impact stress to the knees. It is somewhat similar to the Nordic-Trac, but is much more affordable.

One of the major selling points of the Gazelle is its compact size and portability. Compared to similar machines, it is not only extremely lightweight, but also quite portable. It folds up and can be stored under a bed or in a large closet fairly easily. This is useful because most exercise machines require a fixed place and cannot be moved easily.

The Gazelle gives a fairly good cardiovascular workout, and also has minimal impact stress on joints. The two gliders glide smoothly and give the sensation of running or walking. The more premium model has a built-in computer so that you can measure calories burned, speed, distance traveled, and time spent working out.

Additionally, it is possible to use the Gazelle to get a workout for your upper body, inner thighs, and back. This workout is not the same as one you would get from weight lifting at a gym, or even doing pushups, but it is certainly useful to target specific muscle groups while performing such an enjoyable activity.
