The Total Gym 1000: a Convenient Way to Exercise

While I doubt that the Total Gym 1000 provides enough resistance for Chuck Norris, it definitely is a good piece of equipment for the majority of the rest of the world. It has a wide variety of Total Gym exercises for each muscle group. Maybe the best thing about it is the ease of switching between the exercises. All you have to do is hook up the bar where you want it or attach the pulley system, then decide what resistance you want and you are good to go.
In my experience the Total Gym 1000 is the most conveniently sized machine that has exercises for your whole body. It is very easy to store also. It folds flat just as easily as switching between exercises, so it can be stored under a bed or leaned up against a wall in the closet.
I have tried other machines by other companies that I have liked about as much, but for the price and convenience, nothing beats the Total Gym 1000. Whatever Total Gym you decide to use make sure to keep track of the user manual. It has lists of dozens of exercises and many exercise programs. It is easy to just get stuck doing pull ups and curls, but there is a wide assortment of exercises to switch between to keep you interested and work the same muscles in different ways.
Total Gym is a piece of equipment that will last and you can enjoy for years to come.
