Rendezvous with Total Gym 3000

by shashank
(New Delhi, India)

Modern lifestyle has some limitations- time being one of them. I have always wanted to stay fit. Going to a gym, however, would not be possible, thanks to my 9-5 job. I tried buying some dumbbells, and a portable bench, to start off. However, these could not provide me a total full-body workout. Then I came across the Total Gym 3000. Let me first talk about some of its features. The Total Gym 3000 suits my lifestyle for it is a mid-range home gym having weight capacity of 300 lb. or 136 kilograms.

The smooth pulley and cable system allows me to perform low impact exercises (in my case for strength training). Being a sturdy setup, the Total Gym 3000 was amazingly silent in operation. I could perform more than 25 exercises using my Total Gym 3000. Most home gyms would not allow me to perform squats, thus not allowing a proper leg workout. I was also pleased to order the Total Gym 3000 as there was a 30-day Trial offer.

Some of the exercises that I love to do are: squats, incline bench press, bench press, biceps curls and military press, sit ups, crunches and leg raises. I would definitely recommend this product to all health freaks.
