Need help putting together new bowflex ..

I have a Bowflex XLT Pro. I got it as a gift .. it has a lot of attachments. I put the leg curling extension together .. but can't find a manual to make sure I put the rest together correctly. I'd to know how to best maintain the equipment.. and the exercise regime required for the 6-week makeover plan. Can anyone help?
