My Total Gym 1800 And Why I Love This Machine

by Stacey
(Denver, CO, USA)

Hey there! I've always been kind of a health nut, ever since I let myself go in my 30's I have vowed to never let it get that bad again.

When I was 35 I was over weight and had little endurance and nearly no muscle to hold my figure in shape, and I was losing it quick. I tried many things I tried running but I didn't have the endurance to keep up with it, I tried sit-ups but it was just plain torture.

One night while sitting in front of the television eating my favorite ice cream I saw a commercial for Total Gym 1800, it really intrigued me because it looked like such a smooth simple work out but at the same time it looked like I could get results. I made the phone call and ordered, when my Total Gym 1800 arrived I was so pumped to get started and jumped right in. The exercises stretch and workout almost every muscle group you can imagine, and the fact that you are using your own weight as the resistance is a major motivator. The smoothness of the system is wonderful and doesn't give the discomfort of traditional floor exercises, and one of my favorite parts is that your entire body moves as you pull which gives one the feeling of really working out and being proactive towards your goals.

Now I am 41 years old and have my 20 year old body back, the exercises are wonderful and easy to get into a routine because they are not back breaking exercises but they still give you the results you want.

I highly recommend the Total Gym 1800 for anyone who is having trouble reclaiming their youthful body, just remember don't give up, it can be done!
