My Bowflex

I LOVE my new Bowflex, I set it up on my own while my husband was at work with only a few tools, and it took me two hours to do, but totally worth it.
My husband and I are following the week challenge right now, and im amaized that im actually not even hungry! But im sure the amount of water you drink has most to do with that. It trains your body and mind to not focus on food when you're bored, or if you're an emotional eater. I don't find myself having to use a whole lot of will power to keep from eating junk food, i guess when you're tired of being fat, you're tired of being fat!
Its truely hard to wrap your mind around all of the different workouts that you can do, so you definatly have to take some time getting used to which ones are right for you. Then make sure that you are using enough resistance so that you can do more than 8, but less than 12 reps of each workout. It can seem complicated, but once you spend a little time on it, it's the greatest thing you can have!!
