My Bowflex Workout Warning

I stayed on the beginner Bowflex workout for too long. I was doing great, losing weight and getting stronger. I lost 2 pant sizes. I did it 3 times a week with cardio on alternate days 2-3 times a week. I did it for 2 months. Big mistake.
One day I felt weaker and had to adjust the weights, almost back to where I started from. I thought I was just coming down with something, but then I couldn't wear the pants either. I got very discouraged and quit using the bowflex. Now I know that 5 or 6 weeks on any Bowflex workout will be enough, then it's time to change it around. This time I'll do an upper, lower split.
Also, I never changed my eating habits This time I will plan my meals in advance. Lookout world, here I come.
