My Bowflex Ultimate 2

So I got a Bowflex Ultimate 2 - the horizontal kind. I got the horizontal because I really wanted to buff up my legs, but doing squat puts too much pressure on my hips and becomes painful.
I've made a lot of progress. Using the Bowflex I've increased my strength, energy, even my sex life (I'm convincing my husband to get one for himself so he'll stop hogging mine!).
The machine is so easy to use - I usually do a 30-minute round of exercises three or four times a week. Just that has gotten me more compliments in the last four months than I have gotten in the last 20 years! I feel like I have my life back.
There's so much you can do with the Bowflex. I like to create my own workouts but there's also a lot of ideas and support from Bowflex and the online community!
I would recommend the Bowflex to anyone who wants to burn fat and gain muscle without the embarrassment (if you're like me and tend to avoid working out so you don't have to see all the seemingly perfect girls effortlessly jogging on their treadmills) and hassle that comes with a gym membership!
