My Bowflex Treadclimber vs Treadmill = no contest

by Kathleen
(Cumberland, New Jersey)

About a year ago I decided to order a Bowflex treadclimber. Why did I order this you ask? Well, I have been a slim person most of my life, but as I have been aging I noticed that "things aren't how they used to be." I owned a treadmill and, well frankly, it became a coat-rack! I would have to go on for atleast an hour, daily, in order to get the results I wanted. Eventually, I gave up! I didn't have the time! I saw a commercial for the Bowflex tradclimber, it looked too simple, too easy, too good to be true! I figured, I can always return it if it doesnt work, it's worth a shot! A few weeks later, my Bowflex tradclimber was in my living room, next to my treadmill. Within two weeks, I began to notice, going up the stairs was somewhat easier! My legs were firmer and I felt better! It only took 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week, sometimes I would do 4 days though, because it seemed too good to be true! Needless to say, the treadclimber replaced my treadmill, and I don't think I've ever looked better!
