My Bowflex Sport Review

I bought bowflex sport off a friend for $200.00 with total resistance of 310 lbs. I am have worked out on it for 6 months and am satified with the results.I consentrated on arm and upper body work out and now going to include more mid section.I feel bowflex is safe and built strong and has not failed me. plan on still using it for years to come.
