My Bowflex SelectTech Dumbells

I am a free weight person. I just prefer them and I prefer to work out at home. The fanciest, nicest gym with its 10 million classes and amenities does me no good because I never go. I'm not into a 45 minute commute each way for a 30 minute workout. So everywhere I've lived there has always been a pile of dumbbells in a corner or back room. My dumbbell collection has shunk and grown and shunk but has always been there. Its like having a collection of boat anchors. They're heavy, ugly, they take a up a huge amount of space. I just figured thats the way it had to be. For my birthday my boyfriend got me the Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells. I thought the last thing I needed was more dumbbells. There were already plenty of mismatched plates laying all over the back room. But these are freaking great. They replaced ALL the other dummbells. (I sold them on CL for good money too!) They take up a tiny fraction of the space of all the old ones. Seriously, they are size of one pair of medium ones and work like the huge pile I had and then some. They're size, look good and lend themselves to being tidy. They're awesome. |
