My Bowflex Revolution has got me back into shape!

I purchased my Bowflex Revolution home workout system about three months ago. In this time, my body has changed and I feel incredibly stronger. I have worked out for years at gyms using multiple machines, but now having an all in one machine that is in my home has motivated me. The Bowflex revolution combines lower body and upper body workouts as well as core workouts. It makes workouts easier and more efficient. I love the diversity that the machine offers. It can do so many different exercises that you are never just limited to the same few exercises each day. I cannot believe how easy it is to change weights using the Spira Flex plates. What is even better is that I don’t need to use a whole room just for my Bowflex. It is compact and can be folded up and be stored easily. I can just take it out when I need it and then do my workouts. The machine was a bit pricey, but it has been worth every penny. It is so durable that I am sure it can last for many years of use. Overall, if you are looking to buy a Bowflex, one could not go wrong with the Bowflex Revolution as it is an incredible piece of machinery that allows for any and all workouts on one machine.
