My Bowflex Dumbbell Review

I am a 62 year old masters level discus thrower and exercise physiology professor. I have owned the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells for 2-years. I have a nice home gym and do mainly Olympic and functional training lifts. I use the dumbbells to do thrusters and explosive push presses. I wish I had purchased the heavier set, but I am very happy with this product. If several people in the household use the product, make sure the weight is set properly. This is a good product and I recommend it.
