Bowflex TreadClimber
As many people did, I made a New Year's Resolution to lose weight in 2010. I knew I needed new exercise equipment, routines and a new style of living. I did plenty of research and found Bowflex to be highly rated. After looking through some reviews and researching prices, I decided on the Bowflex TreadClimber. The TreadClimber is a great cardio workout but does not cause a lot of strain on the muscles and the body. I am able to workout for thirty minutes every other day and feel great after each workout. Also it was easy to learn, you simply set it up and get on. It may be difficult at first, but once your feet get adjusted to the positioning, it is simple to remember.
A major problem with the Bowflex TreadClimber is the maximum speed to exercise at. You can only go 4 miles per hour, which is not even a jog or run. Also, the equipment is expensive, especially if you cannot run, but it is an intense workout.
I would recommend the Bowflex TreadClimber to any new exercise enthusiast or a life-long member. So despite the cost and speed, the Bowflex TreadClimber is a positive workout for anyone, any age.
