Missing Exercises in My Bowflex Manual

I have a Bowflex Extreme 2. I am 54, out of shape and this is my first experience on a Bowflex.
I was trying to do the first workout in the book (20 Minute Better Body
Workout) and noted that it lists exercises which are not demonstrated in the Bowflex
manual, specifically: Leg Curl and ANY abdominal exercises.
Is there anywhere I can look on the web to see these exercises demonstrated?

Unfortunately, the Bowflex Extreme 2 doesn't offer the Leg Curl exercise.
However, it does offer an alternative Bowflex exercise that could be even more benefitual.
Leg Kickbacks (pg. 54) will target both your hamstrings
and glutes.
You can find abdominal exercises starting on page 48.
