Love my Bowflex Ultimate 2

I have had a gym membership for most of my adult life, I resently moved to an area that did not have any of the gyms that I belong to. So, me and my wife did not renew our memberships this year. Instead we purchased a Bowflex Ultimate 2 Home Gym. I have used almost every peace of equipement available at the gym. I found that the most effective workouts that I got were when I combined a resistance band with dumbbells. Oddly the exercises that I had been paying a membership for, driving twenty miles four days a week to do, and sometimes waiting as much as ten to fifteen minutes just to use the equipement in a gym; I can now do this in my home. The idea of using a resistance band with freeweights is extremely effective and Bowflex gives you that ten fold in an easy to use unit that takes up a minor amount of space in your home. After using the Bowflex for the last three months I am a believer, It's a better workout, I drive eighty miles less a week, I have gotten four hours of my life back that I use to spend in traffic, then parking my car, then walking to the gym. Now I walk five feet from my bedroom in the morning to my home gym. I will never return to the gym enviroment again this is a no brainer buy a Bowflex! I have no regrets at all! |
