I put the Bo in Bowflex (Excellant Warm-up Idea)

I like to start off my Bowflex routine with 200 reps of rowing/curls/rowing.
I alternate to curls while continuing the rowing with my legs to fatigue myself. Then I switch back to the regular rowing motion.
I keep switching back and forth to keep myself fatigued. This gives me a great warm up and seems to work alot of my body. It seems to help with overall conditioning. I enjoy the exercise and by the time I am done I am motivated to continue on with my full Bowflex workout.
I would be interested in an expert's assessment of this exercise.
