I Love My Tony Little Gazelle

by Kristen
(Covington)

I was getting so sick of my huge clunky treadmill. It was an eyesore and I wanted it out of my house. Especially since I absolutely HAVE to exercise while I watch TV. To me, you might as well be doing some cardio too if you're going to watch tv. So I would turn on the Biggest Loser and walk on my treadmill the entire length of the show. But when I realized I wasn't losing much weight anymore, I figured it was time to get rid of the treadmill and step up my work out routine as my body had obviously gotten a little too comfortable.

I saw the Tony Little Gazelle - you guessed it - on TV. As soon as the weight wasn't dropping off anymore I sprung for the Gazelle because it looked like fun and the price was pretty good. PLUS It wasn't an 800 pound dinasaur of a treadmill. So I bought it.

So much for using it all the way through the Biggest Loser though, the Tony Little Gazelle is a WORK OUT! All I could do was about 20 minutes my first day, then I worked up to 45 for the rest of my first week. By the time it was weigh day I had broken out of my plateau and had lost 2 pounds and I have been losing 2 pounds a week ever since! All I do is I force myself whether I am in the mood or not to do my workout for at least 30 minutes for 5 days out of the week and that's done the trick. Thats a big difference from the 60 minutes a day I was dedicating to the treadmill!
