I lost my Bowflex dumbbell manual, can I get a new one?

I lost my Bowflex manual with all the workout examples and instructions. It has been in storage for 4 years and now we are using it, finally......but I want my daughter to use it properly. Can I get a new Bowflex manual with the
instructions and pictures or is there a website that gives all of that? Thanks
