I have facet joint arthritis, can I workout on Bowflex?

I have facet joint arthritis, am 51, believe I could use exercise to build bone density but do not want to damage my back. I also have a Bow Flex in the basement. Any help?

The best option would be to consult your doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor, to discover which Bowflex exercises would be helpful and not harmful to your condition.
Another piece of exercise equipment to look into may be an Inversion Table. Many people have experienced significant (and some times total) relief from back pain. But again, please consult your doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor.
