Great Ab Toner

For those who want an effective way to tone their abs without neck and back injury, the Ab Lounge is a great piece of equipment. I do 200-300 reps, 3-4 days a week.
HOWEVER, for those who think they can do 200 reps a day, then eat tater chips and lounge around the rest of the time and "magically" get six pack abs?...sorry. The good news is that using this machine along with 30-60 minutes of good aerobics exercise 3-4 days a week AND sensible eating, (notice I didn't say "diet" since it's a lifestyle change), will work wonders!
