One Arm Dumbbell Rows

Would you like to get the best results from your one arm dumbbell rows? Should you even do them, or would another dumbbell exercise work better?

Below discover:

1. Who this dumbbell exercise will work best for

2. How to do them safely and effectively

3. Performance Tips for maximizing your results

Should You Do One Arm Dumbbell Rows?

Question - What is your goal? Toning/burning fat, adding muscle, or bodybuilding?

For toning/burning fat and adding muscle, one arm rows may not be the best exercise.

Why? One arm exercises are designed to isolate ½ of a persons body in order to strengthen/develop each half equally. For bodybuilders (people who already have lots of muscle) this can be vital.

In contrast, if you want to tone/burn fat or build muscle - using as much of your body in an exercise will give you far better results.

More muscles used in an exercise = more calories burned + more growth hormones released

2 Better Options

Both of these exercises will empower you to train twice as much muscle - in one exercise.

1. Keep your head up throughout the dumbbell exercise - looking forward.

2. Maintain a flat back - not allowing it to round over at the bottom the movement.

3. Keep your elbow close to your side throughout the dumbbell exercise.

Do you want the best results?

Tip 1 - Avoid using momentum. Select a weight that will empower your body to do each repetition with good form.

Tip 2 - Focus on pulling with your elbow.

Tip 3 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
