Comparing the Bowflex Sport to the Ultimate 1 & Ultimate 2
Bowflex truly is an amazing home gym. No longer do you need to
buy 100's of pounds of “iron” and assign 1 of the rooms of your
home to “the gym”. That said, Bowflex isn’t cheap. They can cost from $700 up to $2300, depending on the model.
The Bowflex Sport offers all the basic exercises a person needs to achieve their goals. On the other hand, the higher priced models offer some significant benefits.

Which Model is Right for You?
Here are a few questions to help you decide:
1. Are you a consistent exerciser? Training at home is very convenient.
However, at times it can be challenging to get "up" for a workout.
2. How many people will be using the machine? If family members are going to
workout on your Bowflex, having the extra versatility of the Bowflex Ultimate 1 or 2 would be worth the added investment.
3. What can you afford to invest?
4. What are your goals? If you simply want to lose
weight and look great, the Bowflex Sport will work just fine.
On the other hand, if you (or family
members) love to workout or are in sports, the Ultimate models versatility would be a
tremendous asset.
