"No Cable Change System"

    A major upgrade from other Bowflex models, the "No Cable Change System" enables users to go from one exercise to another without adjusting the machine.

Vertical Bench Design

    Unlike other Bowflex models (such as the Motivator), the Extreme has a vertical bench. This allows the Extreme 2 to take up less space.

7 Year Warranty

    Bowflex backs the Extreme 2 with a 7 year warranty.

    For most people 410Ib should be plenty of resistance.
