I invested in my Bowflex home gym because I don’t like working out in a crowded gym. Using the Bowflex allows me to work out in the privacy of my home while targeting my trouble spots without the expense of a personal trainer.
After the first time I used my Bowflex I was completely sore the next morning! But persistence pays off and I am already starting to see results. I’m not looking to completely sculpt my body at this point but I have noticed that I am slimming down and have already had to begin investing in new clothes!
I’m as skeptical as the next person, but I really feel that buying my Bowflex was an investment in my fitness future. Using my Bowflex home gym is fun and easy – and clean up is a breeze! It folds down for convenient storage in my home!
I am so happy with the results I already have, and look forward to my continued success :D
