Bowflex Ultimate parts?

I have a Bowflex Ultimate about 4 years of age. Received as a gift.

I am contacting my son to see if he still has proof of purchase. All of the
plastic covered cables are cracking then the wire wears and then the cable
fails.

I visited with a person at the factory and she told me this machine is no longer made. She wasn't sure cables are available for this unit.

Very disappointed in this product. If cables are available she stated it will take three weeks to get them delivered.

I would very much appreciate hearing from a
factory rep! Thanks
