Bowflex Ultimate Home Gym Rocks!

I have recently purchased the Bowflex Ultimate home gym. It is awesome!! It has so many great exercises that you can tell are totally working your body. I love the ease of changing the resistance for each exercise. It's not hard or strenuous. So much easier than changing free weights. I also love that it doesn't take up too much space. Everything is all in one station and I don't have weights plus a bench plus dumbells all over my exercise area. I have tried other weight sets in the past and the Bowflex Ultimate home gym definitely surpasses them in both ease of use and effectiveness. The bowflex works all the muscles in my body instead of just the major ones. It's great that I don't have to buy a bunch of different sets of weights to have everyting I need available when I need it. And my husband and I can use the same machine and it's effective for both of us without having to buy multiple weight sets. The Bowflex Ultimate home gym is definitely worth the price. We used to have a gym membership that cost close to $1200 a year. But with the bowflex there's no monthly fees and we get to keep it forever. Plus having it at home, it's available to use any time we want to. Overall this is a great purchase that I do not regret.
