Bowflex Treadclimber - My Knees Are Thanking Me

by Allie

My Bowflex Treadclimber Story - It was nearing the colder and rainier part of the year when I decided I needed to invest in an indoor treadmill. I may be a runner, but I am not so die hard that I will brave the elements once winter rolls around. Especially not in the rainy city of Seattle. I researched a bit online and ended up purchasing a Bowflex TreadClimber machine.

Although any treadmill you buy is going to take up a significant amount of space, not losing all of my endurance that I spent all spring and summer building up was more than worth it. With my Bowflex Tread climber it is like you have stair stepping combined with walking. At least that is how I use it even though it is actually more versatile then I venture into.

So far I have lost 30 pounds this winter with the Bowflex TreadClimber and I am only 5 pounds away from my goal. The best thing about it is my knees no longer hurt from the impact of jogging on pavement since I switched to the Bowflex. I hadn’t realized how much of a jolt pavement can deliver to your body even with the right running shoes. Because my knees feel better than ever, come spring once again, I doubt I will be leaving my TreadClimber for the pavement.

My Bowflex Treadclimber vs Treadmill = no contest

About a year ago I decided to order a Bowflex treadclimber. Why did I order this you ask? Well, I have been a slim person most of my life, but as I have been aging I noticed that "things aren't how they used to be." I owned a treadmill and, well frankly, it became a coat-rack! I would have to go on for atleast an hour, daily, in order to get the results I wanted. Eventually, I gave up! I didn't have the time!

I saw a commercial for the Bowflex tradclimber, it looked too simple, too easy, too good to be true! I figured, I can always return it if it doesnt work, it's worth a shot!

A few weeks later, my Bowflex tradclimber was in my living room, next to my treadmill. Within two weeks, I began to notice, going up the stairs was somewhat easier! My legs were firmer and I felt better! It only took 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week, sometimes I would do 4 days though, because it seemed too good to be true! Needless to say, the treadclimber replaced my treadmill, and I don't think I've ever looked better!

The Bowflex Treadclimber TC1000 Is A Hit!

by Linda
(Rhode Island)

My boyfriend purchased the Bowflex Treadclimber TC1000 so we could both get back into shape. Like many couples, we each slowly gained weight as our relationship grew more secure. Since dieting and leisurely walking did not help us shed the extra pounds, we decided to give the Bowflex company a try.

I've used standard climbers in the past and was never completely satisfied. The Bowflex Treadclimber TC1000 surpassed any expectations I had. The Treadclimber has many great functions that enable me to customize my workouts. There are twelve intensity levels to choose from so I can maximize each exercise routine. A speed and time tracker help me decide when to increase or decrease my efforts. The low impact workout prevents injury, while the smooth stepping motion keeps me from feeling any joint pain.

After using my Bowflex Treadclimber TC1000 for one month, I have lost ten pounds and two inches around my waist and hips. My energy level has increased dramatically. Before using the Treadclimber, I experienced leg cramps every night. The pains have disappeared and my legs feel stronger. I can wear shorts and feel confident again!

The Bowflex Treadclimber TC1000 is an affordable option for anyone trying to lose some weight or get into shape.

My Bowflex Treadclimber Review

I've always seen advertisements on TV about the Bowflex treadclimber and wasn't interested until one day my friend told me she had it and that I could give it a try. I am a little out of shape so I figured why not give it a shot?

I fell in love with it almost instantly and decided to invest in one for my own home. It's a really fun way to work out. Normal treadmills don't work both of your legs at different times so I loved how the Bowflex treadclimber could do this. It provided a very natural movement unlike some other exercise equipment.

The assembly instructions were very clear and simple and I ran into not a single problem putting it together. Also, I really liked the compact size of this machine. Since it doesn't take up a lot of room it's easy to store away. Walking or running on the treadmill gave me a good workout that I could feel the next day.

Although I haven't had it for a very long time, I can already feel my thighs firming up. I feel a lot better doing the Bowflex treadclimber versus a regular treadmill. I would reccommend this to anyone who is looking for a compact and efficient piece of exercise equipment.

My Bowflew TreadClimber

Bowflex TreadClimber

As many people did, I made a New Year's Resolution to lose weight in 2010. I knew I needed new exercise equipment, routines and a new style of living. I did plenty of research and found Bowflex to be highly rated. After looking through some reviews and researching prices, I decided on the Bowflex TreadClimber. The TreadClimber is a great cardio workout but does not cause a lot of strain on the muscles and the body. I am able to workout for thirty minutes every other day and feel great after each workout. Also it was easy to learn, you simply set it up and get on. It may be difficult at first, but once your feet get adjusted to the positioning, it is simple to remember.

A major problem with the Bowflex TreadClimber is the maximum speed to exercise at. You can only go 4 miles per hour, which is not even a jog or run. Also, the equipment is expensive, especially if you cannot run, but it is an intense workout.

I would recommend the Bowflex TreadClimber to any new exercise enthusiast or a life-long member. So despite the cost and speed, the Bowflex TreadClimber is a positive workout for anyone, any age.
