Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill - So sorry I sold mine

I first bought my Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill about 3 years ago and it is a top rated workout system that boost 3.0 horsepower enabling it to function on a continues duty. There are varied 15 programs so you get to manipulate what you want and customize an exercise program cycle as you like. There are manual settings, cardio, speed interval jogger, fat burn, heart strength/recovery test, distance goal, body mass index (BMI), hill intervals etc. There is also an LCD display for easier management and reporting functions of what the machine can do. I was happy using my Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill for a year but then I had to sell it to someone because I had to move to another state and it was just to big to carry it across another state. What I liked most about the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is the customizable program. I can choose anything I want on whatever program cycle I want and was just perfect that way. I have seen that there were lots of improvement on my muscle tone and the physical stamina that was developed during those exercise made me healthier. Now I am truly missing this machine and wish that I didn't sell mine. |
