"No Cable Change System"
The Bowflex Ultimate 2, Extreme 2, and Bowflex Revolution offer the "No Cable Change
System." This enables you to go from one exercise to the next without changing the machine
around - a major bonus for circuit training .
The Bowflex Blaze could be considered the 3rd generation Power Pro XTLU. It offers all the
same exercises in addition to a reinforced frame.

Price. Bowflex stopped selling the Power Pro in 2004. However, you could still get one on eBay
or locally. Currently, they run between $250 to $500.
Possible Con's
Safety. Bowflex recalled the Power Pro and Ultimate lines in 2004. They received 48 reports of
injury. They issued a Repair Kit to all owners which reinforces the home gyms frame.
You could get a used Bowflex Power Pro for $250 to $500. If you make sure it has the Repair
Kit, or simply request one from Boflex, you'll be good to go.
