bowflex power pro review

by rj
(los angeles, ca)

I bought my Bowflex Power Pro in 2001, still have it. When I first bought it, it felt wierd, I am used to free weights, but eventually loved the way the Bowflex Power Pro is small enough to move around with.

I moved from LA to Hawaii and shipped it, then moved back to LA and now have it in the middle of my backyard.

I am 51 and still in good shape for my age. I am still strong. I have 310 pounds on it and do seated leg presses of 100 reps and bench press the 310 pounds.

If you want a decent workout without owning lots of free wieghts, then the Bowflex Power Pro just might fill your needs. Back in 2001 i paid almost 1000.00 for it.
