I decided to try the Bowflex Xtreme after a few other moms in the same situation I am in recommended it to me.
After I placed the order with Bowflex, I received it in a short amount of time and the Set up did not require too much. I was able to set up "my own gym" in the third level of our house and soon began enjoying the adaptable schedule that I set up on my own, No contracts, No crowd, No waiting... The Bowflex home gym is really convenient for your typical business entrepreneur.
I am able to pick the kids up from school, prepare meals, tan, run our salon and etc... and get my Bowflex workout in.
Now as for the equipment itself, it is all safe to use, the directions were perfect as well. I was able to continue on my 5 Day a week workout plan, however, it takes half the time then I usually would at the local gym - plus no more traffic!.
As stated above I would recommend the Bowflex to anyone - especially to those working mothers. Janine
