What You Will Need
Setting Up Your Bowflex
(Note: this exercise won’t work with the Bowflex Extreme or Extreme 2, however, you can still do this exercise on the floor)
How to Perform
Tip 1 - Would you like to get a stronger contraction in your abdominals? Exhale while crunching upward.
Tip 2 - When exhaling, focus on pulling in your belly button.
Tip 3 - Do you want the best results? In the beginning, use light resistance (5-10Ibs). This will empower your body to learn how to do the exercise correctly.
