Tip 1 - Are you doing this exercise for the first time? Would you like to get the absolute
best results? Start with light resistance. This will enable your body to learn how to do the
exercise correctly. Once you have a good "feel" for the Arnold press - add more resistance.
Tip 2 - Keep your elbows under your hands throughout the movement.
Tip 3 - Look forward throughout the movement. Avoid the temptation to look up at your hands.
