The first thing that I found that I liked about my Selecttech dumbbells are that they saved me money. I was able to make payments on them and I figured that even though they were a little more expensive than traditional dumbbells, they are so versatile that they end up costing me less than if I were to buy all different weights of dumbbells. Not to mention all the space they save me.
This is the next thing I like about my Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells. When I am working out I tend to use a variety of weights. These dumbbells enable me to switch the weight that I need without having to switch between pieces of equipment. The switch is so smooth that it literally takes me seconds.
My choice to invest in these Bowflex dumbells was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I truly believe that they have provided me the convenience in my workouts that I desired.
Since I have lost my 3 sizes I really feel more confident and motivated! These dumbbells have helped changed my life!
