My Boflex Conquest review - by Nikki

In Summary

For slimming and toning the Conquest could work well. It has good exercise variety along with enough resistance for medium to high repetition toning exercise.

If you would like the option to increase your resistance, the Bowflex Blaze has the same features as the Conquest, but gives you the option to increase the resistance to 310Ibs. or 410Ibs.
