Best Bowflex exercises for increasing bone density?

I am a 57-year-old grandmother. I have been using a Bowflex now for about 8 years. My workout on the Bowflex is only about 20-30 min. in the early A.M. Does anyone know which exercises are the best exercises to be done on the Bowflex that will help increase my bone density?

Compound Bowflex exercises can enable you to use more resistance and train more of your body - in one exercise.

Compound Bowflex exercises move multiple joints in one exercise:


    For example:

      Isolation exercise - Leg extensions only move your knee joint

      Compound exercise - Squats incorporate your hip, knee, and ankle joints


    Best "Weight Bearing" Bowflex Exercises:

      Legs - Squats
      Chest - Bench press
      Back - Bent rows
      Shoulders - Shoulder press
      Calves - Standing calf raises
      Biceps - Standing biceps curls
      Triceps - Close-grip bench press
