Best Bowflex exercises for increasing bone density?

I am a 57-year-old grandmother. I have been using a Bowflex now for about 8 years. My workout on the Bowflex is only about 20-30 min. in the early A.M. Does anyone know which exercises are the best exercises to be done on the Bowflex that will help increase my bone density?
