The machine is fairly easy at first, but after about 5 minutes I could really feel the burn. I would give it about 5-8 minutes before work every few days. That was the problem, I really think the Ab Lounger Ultra could do great things...for someone who is dedicated to working out.
It came with simple instructions and a great video on how to safely operate the equipment. There was also a section in the video that gave a suggested workout. Everything is made very well and it folds up nicely.
If you are looking for something simple, without lots of cords and moving around, something that doesn't, take up a lot of space and exercises that are easy to remember then this would be a great investment for you!
I should love it more, enough to use it faithfully. Maybe I will go downstairs and get re-aquainted with my Ab Lounge!
