The AB Lounge Miracle

My Ab Lounge success story: Like so many other people I made a resolution this past year to get into shape and lose the excess weight I have gained these past ten years.

I knew my ab muscles needed the most work so I had to find some exercises that focused on that area. There are so many new routines and gadgets that guaranteed weight loss and a great new look, so I had my skepticism.

I saw a television advertisement for the AB Lounge and thought that would be the best thing for me.

At first I was skeptical about the results I would get, but after two weeks I was impressed. I knew I had to do more than just workout a few times a week. I had to maintain my diet and workout together.

The AB Lounge is a great workout on the abs and works wonders on my stomach fat. I also found myself losing weight, not just fat.

Starting a new healthy lifestyle is difficult, trust me I know, but with the assistance of the AB Lounge I feel great about my body and how I look.

I would recommend the AB Lounge to anyone looking to improve their health and body image.

I love my Ab Lounge because it allows me to work and tone my abdominal muscles without the necessity to do uncomfortable crunches and lifts. I always have trouble doing crunches and sit-ups because of the intense strain that it puts on my neck. Whenever I do crunches the tension in my neck gives me a massive headache.

With my Ab Lounge, my neck and back can relax in a comfortable, low-stress position while my abs and legs are working! I have seen some amazing results! In just 8 weeks, I have more definition in my core, stronger ab muscles, and more energy, without the negative impact on my neck and back! This is so strong and well-made that I have never had to fix or repair it. I love my Ab Lounge so much that I bought my mom and sister one for their birthdays and they have seen results as well. They, in turn, have given the Ab lounge to their friends. We sit on the beach with our Ab Lounger chairs and work out while we relax by the sea.

Thanks Ab Lounge - My Back Prevented Me From Crunches

My Ab Lounge story - I had injured my back in a pretty rough car accident and the recovery time combined with the lack of exercise eventually began taking its toll on my weight. I knew I needed to put a stop to it as soon as I recovered and I looked forward to be able to make it to the gym again.

I began slowly returning to my usual workouts of 30 minutes of cardio and strength training. At first everything was going along fine because I was only doing light, low impact cardio that seemed to not put too much stress on anything. Soon, I began feeling like I was strong enough to take up strengthening exercises. Everything was fine until I tried my usual ab crunches. That was a mistake... I almost set myself back recovery wise about a week. My back hurt immediately and I knew right then and there I was going to need to look into an alternative.

My friend actually told me about the ab lounge since she had seen it on tv. I dismissed the idea until I caught a commercial for it myself. I ordered it on the spot.
Although I was apprehensive once it arrived, I still tried it that very day. Very carefully. After a while, I noticed I was feeling pretty good. I could feel the ab lounge working my abs but supporting my back at the same time.

I am now fully recovered and have I gone back to my usual crunch routine? No. Im sticking with my Ab Lounge and I would highly reccommend it to anyone with back trouble.

Ab Lounge - Results in a few days!

I'm really young im not gonna say how young but woot woot!!! driving is awesome to me in this stage of life. Well I got my mom the ab lounge for Christmas 2 years ago for about $100 AT Walmart. Idk y shes smaller than I am!

Well I tried it for a week, I told myself to try it atleast once a day and do 100 of the crunches. That was super easy so everytime I had nothing to do I did like 50. 100 or even 50 may sound like alot or not at all but in just a week I looked curvier I had the hour glass figure and my abs were more defined and I didn't have that much fat around my stomach!

In about a month my body was at perfection(well in my eyes) but everyone noticed! If your going to the gym, running, AND Ab Lounge your going to have just amazing amazing results you can really feel it too.

I dont know how much weight I lost but I got a scale and did about 100 crunches and lost .5 lbs yay!

My ab lounge

I have had an ab lounge for about 2 years and i love it. Its great for your abs there really isnt alot of pain involved at first and it works all of your muscles easier than having to do multiple workouts
