A while back I decided to do something about my health issues. I was overweight, I constantly felt fatigued, and to top it all my doctors told me that I might be developing heart issues. I decided to tackle the problem head on and bought the Bowflex Treadmill and, let me tell you, it was the right decision. It arrived at my door step surprisingly fast. Setting it up was a breeze, even for the couch potato that I used to be. The materials that came with the treadmill were very helpful and gave me some good tips concerning exercise. The price was actually very reasonable for a machine of this quality. Of course you can find treadmills that are cheaper out there but nothing compares to the Bowflex treadmill experience. With the bowflex treadmill I lost weight fast. The best part about this treadmill is that with it, when you lose weight you keep it off. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to lose a few pounds or someone like me who really needed to turn things around for their health. The Bowflex treadmill truly is a very great product and I have enjoyed it a lot since I've gotten it.
