20 Minute Bowflex Workout?

My son has a Bowflex Sport & I would like to use it on a consistant basis.
I am 61, moderatly healthy & have no known restrictions please advise as I would like to begin a Bowflex workout: 3 days a week, 20 minutes each.
I'm too old to look buff & expect a corresponding degree of pain!
Do you have a regiment which is easy to understand and follow? jeff

On page 11 it has a couple 20 minute, 3 days a week Bowflex workout plans.
