I am 61 years old and have used my Bowflex Power Pro on and off for over 10 years now. Yeah, I know, I should stay on it continually but life happens. I have quit smoking and am back on the 20 Minute Better Body Workout. These exercises are easy to do and they do shape aeven an old body like mine. My goal, however, is to to these excercises for about 2 months and then get into the circuit training Anaerobic/Cardiovascular traing on page 14.
I love the Bowflex and the first time I had used it, after 8 weeks I had lost 26 pounds and tripled my strength. I felt more balanced, and working in the didn't get me sore any longer.
